Who’s Behind ZAWT?

By special consent of the UK Charities Commission, and given the extraordinary circumstances and situation that we find ourselves in, it has been agreed that our board of trustees may for the immediate future remain anonymous if they wish. This is by special dispensation and is due to a real perception of threat to them and their families.

We apologise for this, please be assured that in all areas we are completely accountable to the Charities Commission of England and Wales.

We very much hope that we are soon able to operate effectively toward what is simply a humanitarian, not political objective without threat, but until that time, this is the information available to the public in the first instance.

Our accounts fall under the authority of the Charities Commission of England and Wales, and will be made public on this website when produced, and are available for scrutiny in the public domain or by request.
